For the longest time in SA, rappers and hip hop have been regarded as trivial beings who have no message to put across other than spit jargon. This mentality is slowly fading off as rap music is taking its roots in the entertainment industry. Apart from music it is apparent that these artists earn their fame from lavish lifestyles that they lead. It goes without question that they are making dime out of the art. As a Hip Hop Lover, I am guilty of living in America(Musically).....But what I will say is that Kwesta, Cassper Nyovest, Okmalumkoolkat, Big Zulu are important ......Culturally, Musically and Linguistically....Don't you dare test K.O, Kid X, 25K and Sho Majozi.....I really need that to check me. S.A Hip Hop MC's are so special but the can't see that, Americans cannot rap like them meaning in vernac but S.A MC's can rap like them. What is your take on this one? Do you think we should try to sound like Americans?

Free world music Owner, Zaine wants R 4,5 Million from his former artist Ntsika by using his stage name 'Nasty C' ,which he doesn't own and if doesn't pay he should then stop using the name. Indeed I have to say that the timing of Free World Music is good to do this to Nasty C after winning so many awards, getting big endorsements and making international appearances. My only concern about this issue is that,Did Nasty C signed anything regarding payments for his stage name?Because if the hommie did some signings it bad. Do you guys think this fair or is it Zaine being jealous of Nasty C's achievements without him on his winning team?

Guys who is advising Flex Rabanyan?  Bt who ever they are they aren't doing the right thing🤞.   So the Hustler Season 3 winner Flex Rabanyan posted on Twitter Yesterday saying that he just bought a 2002 Model of a Nissan 1400, worth R78, 000.00. 🤦‍♂️Who does that?
